Being honest with us is not the thing. You have to be honest with yourself. We're just here to help.

Being honest here really helped me. My doc is alcohol - but I was drinking all day when I found SR. Knowing others actually understood made all the difference. I had no one in my life who had a problem like mine - but here, I was listened to and not judged.

I think it will help yeah. Feedback from peers, from people who've been there or are there now and folks whove experienced addiction and who've come out the other side is incredibly valuable

SR certainly helped me turn my life round.

People recovery from meth all the time...you can be one of those people...give yourself Time to heal and take care of yourself properly.
You brain chemistry needs some time...give it some time...you are not alone.....we are here and talking about it can help lots...
