90 days sober, thoughts
Hello all!
I have reached 90 days of sobriety. I couldn't have done it without the support of the people here so thank you!
Here are a few updates:
I'm still getting brain fog, although not nearly as much.
I pinched my sciatic nerve doing jiu-jitsu and for the last two days I've had intense left leg pain, which has brought back some anxiety. I sometimes find myself really down when my body is acting up. I guess I just get to used to all the good days, so the bad ones really get to me. I keep telling myself that victory without sacrifice is meaningless.
All in all I can't complain because I keep getting better.
Thanks again to everyone here for your support and ear.

Congrats! It is no easy task to do this!
I hit 90 days a week ago and agree with much of how you feel, but I would never change my decision to quit drinking, this is making me feel so much better! It will just take some time.
