Day 60 check in.

Today is day 60 for me and I'm feeling better and more confident about staying sober. I saw my doctor the other day and she told me that overall I'm healthy, with the exception of an elevated liver enzyme. She said it's most likely due to excessive drinking in the past and should take a few months to get back to normal. She also prescribed medication to help me quit smoking too, so wish me luck!

Not gonna give up, staying motivated!

Good report, You may never have to go through the first 60 days again. and your liver will repair itself in time. Nothing but good news. Keep on Keepin' on1
