I had my last drink 2 weeks ago. Its easier for me during the week because I'm working all day, but weekends are more challenging. I'm glad this one is almost over! Last night, My AV was screaming at me. "Come on, you can have a couple of glasses of wine! It's Saturday night, you live by yourself, nobody will know." It's so frustrating!!!! I thought about it for a while and knew I would have felt like crap today if I would have caved in and went to the store for a bottle of wine. Instead, I made myself a big salad and had some ice cream! One day at a time, right????
