End of a relationship
Many happy stories have sad chapters.
Dee used to have a signature meme that read Everything will be OK in the end. If it's not OK, it's not the end. Always liked that one.
Be well Little Sister.

So take the right steps - you control your own destiny. Write down your plan for what you think the right steps would be - stick them on your fridge - and do them! You cannot "fall back" into your old ways iether - you have to consciously choose to drink just as you can choose not to. That's just your addiction talking.
Store the good from that relationship in your heart and carry it with you into a better future.
We are here to help you stay strong. Lean on us.
Sorry youre going through this Kys, know only too well how hard relationship breakups can be but it is a new start and everyday sober we grow through the pain sometimes by tiny amounts but by drinking we just stunt our growth, wish you all the best.

Back to work and reality somewhat tomorrow but all good.
It's times like these especially I'm reminded how clearer and simpler life is without the booze.
