How do you guys get the cute little pictures under your names? I can't see where you can add that?

Hi Bambi

Click on "User CP" then click "Edit Avatar". These little pictures are called avatars. Then you can choose the picture you want from the lists available, or if you are feeling really adventurous, upload your own picture of choice.
