Only sleep 5 hours a night - Campral -
I am using Campral now (my 16th day of sobriety - 6th day using Campral)
I just won't sleep longer than 5 hours a night! (where I normally sleep 7)
Is this normal? and if so how long will I have to "suffer" this?
Cos I find it a bit hard to focus at work this way (I do a lot of physical work at K mart)

Talk to the Dr who prescribed campral for u about your sleeping pattern. Through out my years of try to get and stay sober I found disturbing sleep patterns no matter if I was taking any kind of meds or not. I currently take campral. But I understand after long time drinking sleep issues are a big problem. My dr prescribed something to help me sleep. Cause when I don't sleep or eat properly I'm a mess and then AV starts talking crap!
If you ask your Dr for some advice he/she will help

Hugs for you.
I didn't sleep at all the first 90 days. I have been diagnosed as a psyiologic insomniac and alcoholic. Deal with depression, too and have pain issues.
The good news is I am now sleeping 2-3 hours a night and maybe 4-5 one night a week. It is getting better. I take only 2 melatonin and 2 Benadryl. Prescribed for me.
Time does help even the worst insomniac. Hang in there.
