I had a lot more - 'this is just a phase'...'my circumstances are not like most peoples' and 'I feel really good now after a few days sobriety - can I really have that big a problem then?' all come to mind.

1. “People only want to hear about my success.”
I have become better at reaching out and I have a couple of dear friends I confide in (on SR and in real life). I still pressure myself a lot to be part of the solution and hide my vulnerabilities though. Well, it s progress not perfection.

Ridiculous really . I don't even like the sensation of 'not there yet ' that I get from a couple .
