Snow Patrol Stay Sober Thread!!!
It's common for a weather event to trigger cravings. It has always done that for me!
The US east coast is getting a blizzard today and all of tomorrow.
Thought we could use a place to hang out by the fireplace... share some company and keep each other on target for a sober blizzard.
Share about how you are doing or maybe snow pics for those who don't get this much snow or any for that matter!

We are getting a light snow. There's barely a dusting on the ground so far here in DC. They say it will go on all night, but they also say it's not going to be any more than 3". So I guess I'm just here for moral support!

I am in the 24 inch range. But anything over a foot and its all the same at some point.
The stores were busy on my way home. The alcohol isle was packed as one could expect.
I drank away many storms but not this one.
I also have cool blue lights on my back balcony. They reflect on the snow and fun to have on during the storm.

Haha, very relevant! Thanks Weasel. I just got stranded in Florida today, had a flight booked to NY but due to the weather it seems like I'm not going anywhere till tomorrow afternoon at least, they don't know yet. Not a bad "weather event" for me, actually!

I love the feel in the air and the look of excitement on peoples faces. The shoppers were in good moods.
The news can be annoying... the relentless this is closed and that is closed. Its two feet people. Everything is closed!!!
