Four cakes!
Four cakes!
No wine tonight, actually it's not that bad, although it's easy to see how people can fall so easily into addiction because I started getting wine cravings and I've never really craved it before until I have said no to it, I can honestly taste it...but it was true what some folk said about sweet things, I've eaten four cakes already!
I don't drink everyday anyway but my problem is one glass is never enough.

Hopefully they were Cupcakes, Frosty? I found myself eating anything sweet I could get my hands on - lollipops - stuff I was never interested in before. It lasted about 2 months and then settled down.
Ok I've transported into future and I asked you and you said yes, so then I went two weeks into the future and you just told me you feel great now that it's been a few weeks but you wish I would share my cakes.
Then I went to 2016 and you didn't recognise me now after eating all the cakes for a year but you still hadn't drank, so I would say it's looking good for you bcamp.

I found that my AV spoke most loudly to me when I made the decision to stop for good. The AV is very tricky and persistent. Recognize it for what it is, and know for sure you can ignore it, let it go.

I'd be impressed with 4 in a row also. Maybe I'll switch because I can bearly feel my tongue anymore lol.
Yes now that it's "for good" I do feel like I want it A LOT. So I'm just not drinking today - I will always just not drink for today. It does make it better - anytime my brain goes to "forever" (and you have to say forever with a deep scary voice) I push that thought out and think today - I'm not going to drink today.
And in 2016 you look really good having not drank for over a year. Your skin is radiant, your eyes clear and what's that on your face??? A look of Peacefulness? Yep I think that's it - you look content.
