Hi and welcome.
There is much good help here by reading a lot of posts and applying what works for people.
My first line of defense is AA which has helped millions worldwide for a lot of years.
The basics of sobriety is being honest with ourselves about our drinking and accepting the fact we cannot drink alcohol in safety one day at a time in a ROW. At that point we start to get better IF we let it happen.
Remember the trip, it does not have to happen again as long as we don’t pick up the first drink again.
