what grief! I was sober for 30 days and drank a few beers. Now back to square one. I felt so guilty I could not sleep. I cannot believe I did that, and getting up with a bad taste, lyterally and figuratively. Noone knows except me and thats what kills me. The universe knows. Bad karma, I will run here if the notion ever rears its very ugly head again. I apologise to all who have been stronger and wiser. Day 1 then.

Meltdown, try to understand what made you decide to drink after 30 days sober. Then you can learn from this experience and move on.
