Another hard working day. Loving it, have noticed my appetite cant be satisfied, Im hungry all the time now, but still losing weight. I didn't used to eat at all but still got to my heaviest of 300.
A customer who I see regularly, said that I look different (gave me a big smile inside), I just told her I was trying to take a little better care of myself.
Our money situation has greatly improved now that the wife is working again. I think money is the cause of a lot of stress that pushes us toward our understanding friend alcohol.
I feel like I am getting stonger everyday, definitely more productive. I am always doing something.
Got some well needed sleep last night, so if you are wondering, That too shall pass!!

Great to hear that you are feeling good! I was hungry all the time early on too. That leveled off after a while. And money? It was a big trigger for me. Or the lack thereof. It's funny how we worry about making ends meet but then use what little we have to buy alcohol to make us feel better. Contributing to the problem. That gets better too when you start noticing more in the account that you aren't spending on alcohol.
