I'm back to try again....

Hi everyone
I was doing good back in august and then I was hooked back to my old mine set. I've beat myself up about it and looking at what I can do different this time. I know I need to be more involved here and will try to be better at expressing how I feel especially when i'm having a bad day. I still came here most days for knowledge and inspiration and that helped me pull out of my hell. Thanks for having me back and I look forward to your advice and wisdom which always helps. I'm at 10 days again and looking forward to leaving behind the life of horror...
