It cant be true tho because there's hundreds of years of successful recovery here in this forum alone

I've been right where you are and it's horrible. I did not think I would or could stop, ever. You can. You can but it's gonna take a hell of a lot of strength. Dig yourself out. You know what to do but I know it's hard as hell.

probably? no, it will. By the use of the word probably, you still have a glimmer of hope.

From what I have experienced this sure is a bad way to go. No way the process of learning to become sober is worse than the path you are on. This is just my experience, it is different for everyone. I have seen a lot of people drink themselves to death, but I dan sure am stretching my hand out to you.

Is there ANYTHING I can do to help you through this struggle? I have read many posts by you that have helped me through some tough times and I offer help freely. What ever is making you drink, can be over come. But not by getting drunk and hiding from it. You have an army at your disposal, use it.

Read this tomorrow, I hope it gives you strength like you have done for me. I will pm you tomorrow morning, sorry :p
