After 34 days sober! Feeling all my true emotions which include, depression, anxiety, mood swings and anger. When I look at these things, they are minor compared to the feeling I felt when I was drunk.

Even with these real emotions, I am truly feeling Happy and proud I made it this far. I think the key was breaking things down to "one' day at a time instead of using words such as "forever" and "never".

Also everyone remember:

Prayer without faith is pointless. You have to believe in something even if you don't believe in god. I feel like God has brought me to this point even with everything I have gone through. He has kept me Alive even through my own "hell" and back! So I would like to thank him and you good people at SR.
