End of Day 13
I everyone! It's been a few days since I've posted. My kid has been sick and teething so I had little downtime.
I'm doing well. I had a bad day today just from random stuff. I didn't pick up though. I'm home hanging out with my wife and kid. I hope everyone is doing well.
I've been working out a lot and enjoying the family.

Glad you are doing well Justin. You had mentioned that you were seeking a counselor and AA rather than your original plan for IOP, any luck finding a good one or some good meetings? Exercise is good for you but it isn't a recovery plan in itself.

I found a great meeting where the majority of the people are there on Thursdays. It's good. Some are there on Sundays. You know how the AA schedule is.
As far as counseling, I found one. She is kind of far away, but it seems really promising.
