Thanks everyone. I am so tired of this. I'm gonna dig out my Allen Carr book and my hypno cd and think of my son who needs me around. I have an op coming up in 3 weeks and really need to lose some weight beforehand but can't if I continue to drink. And yet even as I'm writing this I'm thinking about drinking later, despite tipping half a bottle of wine down the sink this morning.

Glad you are back Mavis! Also glad that you poured the rest of the wine out. Drink lost of water today and be gentle with yourself.
