Hello all,

I'm 60 days in. I'm starting to feel better for longer periods of time. I camped sober and had a blast, and my first concert since quitting was also a success. It's a huge relief that two of my passions went fine. I'm feeling better, and now I feel confident I love my passions even more than before!

awesome Muddywaters! it is amazing to me how much more enjoyable our passions are once we get sober and can get rid of all of the rest of the anxiety that goers along with it.

keep on going! I am right around the same vintage as you, and I have noticed a considerable difference in my head and body since I quit. i hope that you are experiencing the same positive trends!
