12 mile Tandem Ride

Just got back from a 12 mile ride with my partner..feel ok, going to have another chicken dinner ( leftovers from last night) and just get past my danger zone..i have tried to put myself into a calm frame of mind.., i would like you all to know i was drinking a bottle and a half of Chardonnay each night up until Friday. Not proud , but something i need to share.

Chardonnay was my go-to poison, too. I can barely stand to look at a bottle of it now.

It is very possible to leave it behind forever.

12 mile ride. Impressive!

Oh yes, very pretty. Just another part of the illusion of acceptability. Wine gives the illusion of a sophisticated and cosmopolitan lifestyle - the beautiful stemmed, sparklong glassware or crystal; talk of flavor, types of grapes, and finishes and on and on.

i got down to just vodka and whiskey at the end and they now disgust me!. MY potential slip is going to be that sparkly ,crisp glass of white wine offered up at some high-end event. but i will be prepared!
