Hi guys,

Just thought I would say hello and that I am glad I have found this site. I'm really looking forward to making changes and giving up booze forever as it is ruining my life. I am a binge drinker and once I start I cant stop until I black out and don't know where I am or what I am doing. All my problems stem from alcohol. I am driving people crazy with worry and I know it's time to take action and leave that evil stuff alone. I am grateful to have the chance to get better and that it's not too late.

I hope to find some support here and help others along the way. I am on day 2 and feeling down about the pain I have caused but I also feel determined to not give up!!
