Day 9, still doing well
I'm on day 9 and alcohol rarely comes to mind anymore. And if it does, it's a thought about the past. "I used to drink." Feeling pretty good, but it kind of feels like two magnets opposing each other at times.
I will have to explain that.
A magnet has two sides. If you out them together with each side being different (opposites attract), they stick together. If you try to put them together with the same sides opposed to each other, they will fight each other. They will never stick either.
That's what my brain feels like now. Which is a good sign I suppose.
