3 days Sober

I am three days sober from taking RX pain meds. They were prescribed to me, but I found that I was taking them to numb my emotions and my crap life. I can't get into see a suboxone Doc until February 10 and I feel like ****. I'm hurting, sad and irritable. My pain management doc won't help me detox and has treated me horribly. I'm frustrated and pissed. I don't know how to do this.

Well done on 3 days sober lalalou early sobriety is a rollercoaster ride there will be hard days and its how we learn to adjust to that with our acceptance thats important your doing well monday aint far off you can do this

have you got a trusted friend you could call ?

Have you considered going to an ER for detox and possibly a referral for an earlier appointment for suboxone treatment?
