Good stuff. I waited 2 months for labs and was surprised. Liver fine but heart numbers not so good. Slightly high sodium, triglycerides and low hdl at 33. Nothing a little exercise and healthy eating won't fix. I'm ok with treadmill but still gnosh cheezy poofs. I'll get another panel done soon but the not smoking is the biggest change. I still vape but am able to exercise so no hurry to quit that. I had contracted HCV in 2000 and for 14 yrs. was looking for symptoms and was sure I was going to die from it. This test says I've cleared the virus to undetectable. It's been hard for me to shift gears from doom to proactive but I'm doing it slowly. I see a GI doc tuesday (Yay, finally) for some issues there. Escaping liver disease was good but so many other things need addressing now that it looks like I'll be here awhile.
