How can I find out more information about the AV? A lot of posts refer to it and I wou like to read more about it. Thank you in advance.

AV is the Addictive Voice that develops because of changes in the brain due to alcohol abuse/dependence. To counter urges/AV, brain training will suppress urges to drink to the point of nonexistence. AVRT, CBT, DBT and such therapies have helped me to turn off urges/AV within my own innate capacity to remain sober.
