HEEEEeee HAAaaaaa..Day 3

It's midnight where I'am...going into Day 3 and all is well !

My appetite has returned with a vengence. Plenty of food and plenty of water I'am looking forward to getting up in the morning !

Congrats DuhDave. I quit cigarettes just after quitting alcohol too. Ain't it grand!

Actually BBQ, I quit the cigs two years ago. I tryed to quit the cigs and alcohol together but there was just no way I could do it.

I decided to give up the smokes first. Man was it hard.

I figured compaired to that, stopping the drinking would be a piece of cake.

I was wrong.

So now the time has come to lose the booze and give it my best shot and then some.

I'am on Day 3 Ver. 10.0.0 and I'am determined this time to make it stick !

I found giving up cigarettes was much harder than giving up the booze. At least you dont have walk past people drinking in front of every shop on high street and supermarkets.

I remember eating like a pig the first two weeks. Appetite is through the roof! It does subside eventually, but I still enjoy the sweets. Nice work, keep it up!

Congrats Dave! I am on Day Two myself. Great job at quitting smoking too. I have yet to do that and I think it will be harder as I am not an everyday drinker, but certainly an everyday smoker.
