currently fighting a bad urge
Ugh God....this sucks. I hate this Time of day....great all day and now I want to punch the wall. just a crazy urge out of the blue. Day 7 tomorrow...gonna get there

Ride out this urge; it will pass.
Play the tape forward.
It will feel so very good to head off to bed sober with another day under your belt. It will even better to wake up tomorrow, hangover free, and welcoming Day 7.

Thats why its worth it. Your handle is "BeBetterForKids", can I assume you have Children, like me.
We are doing it for them, please remember that. To pick up a drink now is to indulge yourself, as we have all done many times.
They don't want to bury their parent, you know Alcoholism or whatever we wish to call it is progressive, that means it gets worse over time and also the less time you get to spend with your kids.
7 days is a hell of acheivement, in 44 minutes I will be on day 7 myself too. Lets get through this together and stick 2 fingers up at the drinks marketing teams for making us drink that poison. Heres a cup of tea waved in my hand to you, you got this and we have you. YEAH !!!

Thank you everyone. Made it through...this is why it is one minute at a time. This urge was physically draining....so weird. Almost like a panic attack....now I'm pooped. I appreciate your support.....
