My family is proud of me & I am so thankful for that! My wife has always been there for me, I want to show her how good things will be without me drinking.I am reconnecting with old friends & a brother who has watched the drunken me in the past. I'll say, if I can change anyone can, but it's got to come from the gut.I could have lost everything but luckily I have it all,at least that's my new mindset.I have everything I need.My nurses in detox were so inspiring to me, they never looked down on me & they were always upbeat.I left the hospital this time feeling great & wanting to make a change & start living again.Don't ever give up if you don't see eye to eye with your doctor,try another doctor because your relationship with him/her is vital to your success.I'm over 50 but don't look or feel it.Now I hope to live a long,long time.God bless you all for your help!
