Hey guys,
Just want to thank everyone who has written about their journey. It's given me strength throughout the week to maintain my own and definitely through New Years and tonight as I am dealing with triggers. One week down and many more to come.

Congratulations on one week--that is fantastic. third the suggestion to talk about triggers and even make some plans about what you'll do before they hit. I have found that super helpful!
