Ways to work with agitation?
Ways to work with agitation?
Good Morning!
I am now on day three and feeling pretty good, except noticing extreme agitation at little things. I went to bed earlier than my husband the last two nights and each time when he came to bed I heard him quietly trying to do things and I flipped out. (I'm a light sleeper anyway and can go right back to sleep, so I feel really bad I yelled had him both nights like he did a terrible thing).
Is this normal? Will it get better? I don't want to be a b##%! On top of everything else when he is supporting me 100%.
Thanks!

Welcome, anew year! It will get better. Your body is undergoing a big adjustment, you have to give it time to settle down. Be kind to yourself and your H, offer apologies when they're appropriate. It's great you have his support. Congrats on day 3!
Its normal to be Irritable but its not an excuse plus he was being quiet

Apologies are all that's needed if your partner is supportive. I was the same way although my partner is not supporting me all that well I still apologized. She is attempting to quit smoking so she is now acting that way yet won't apologize I just blow it off as I understand...
