Did anyone else break out like a teenager and want to eat everything all day long when quitting? I don't know if it is the night sweats or what, but my face is covered in pimples and I cannot stop eating. Hopefully, I wont gain too much weight because I'm not drinking my calories, but still. I can't seem to get enough. Even puffing on my electronic cigarette ins't helping! Oh well - things could be worse, right? Day 3 - Happy New Year everyone!

I ate non-stop the first week. No pimples but itched for like 3 days on and off. Methinks our bodies are trying to get nutrition blocked by alcohol in the gut. I also took lotsa vits. and minerals depleted by alcohol, B1 and B12 especially. This will be over soon. Hang in there.

itchy skin, rashes, pimples, then it all got better and cleared up. I guess toxins had to escape!

baking soda bath might help or Organic apple cider vinegar bath.....
