Hope you're okay. I found out I was an alcoholic ten years before I quit.
Sometimes it can be hard to come to grips with.
It's just a label. Don't let it scare you.
You'll find lots of support here from people with the same problem, so welcome to the site.
All is not lost. There comes a time for action. You can start today by not picking up a drink.
