I believe I have a problem with alcohol.

I believe I have lied to those I love.

I believe that alcohol controls me.

I believe I can make a change.

I believe I can be a better father, husband, and person without alcohol.

I believe the only way I can stay in control of myself is not to drink at all.

I believe that my 29th day of sobriety is just as important as my 28th day was and my 30th day will be.

I believe I can be happier without drinking.

I believe that my family will support me.

I believe in me.
