How are we all traveling with our sobriety? Day 34 for me
Hi all, day 34 for me. The groggy brain fog thing is slowly lifting and the anxiety is a lot less and not as often. Still bit too health conscious/ oversensitive from all the symptoms of my body adjusting. Been a week tomorrow since my last panic attack thank god, was everyday and more than once initially. The meditation is helping.
Its weird getting to know the sober me, finding new and effective ways to deal with stress is my challenge.
