My lil 90 days
Good job..!!!!
I often remind myself of what
I heard a many a times from my
elders over the years. It's not so
much the quantity or number of
days or yrs. of sobriety I have,
but rather the quality of it.
With each day that passes, with each
step you take, each tool you use to
strength your recovery foundation,
the stronger more solid it will become
for you to live your life upon.
It's not a race to get to an end, because,
believe me, its been a learning process
all along the way to get me to where I
am today. However, as happy, healthy
and honest as I am today, I have to continue
to maintain maintenance on my own sobriety
each day in order to keep my recovery
foundation from getting weak or falling
down.
I guess that is why we are painting today...lol
That's our kitchen, one small part of our house
that needs maintenance. lol Keeping it fresh
and exciting to enjoy. Just like recovery.
