Leaving Rehab..... Again!

I'm leaving rehab tomorrow morning. I've just done two sets of twenty eight days with 14 days I between. Lapsed badly so got myself back in before too much damage could be done.... There is already way too much. Mixed feelings. Excited, hopeful and a little nervous. After twenty two years I want sobriety. Anyone else in or has been in a similar situation? How are you feeling?
Good luck and prayers for us all.

Oh for sure, it sneaks up and gets you without warning! Family thinks I'm having a holiday. Don't think they are really aware how much work and determination goes into sobriety. The hard work starts now

I'll be going to AA up to six times a week. Regular psych visits. Get a normal routine (worked shift work for past 18 years. Good diet and exercise routine. Getting back into art/ music. Generally keeping self busy. More of a solid plan than I have had in the past.
