Christmas homecoming

Our son is coming home tonight for a 4-day visit. He's been sober over 8 months. Wonderful program/support in Santa Clara County..... detox, rehab & THU (transitional housing unit). I thank God for every day that he's alive and well. As we all know, it's a life long battle they all face. Praying for a blessed Christmas and reunion. We've missed him more than words can express!

Thank u all for your responses. It was a wonderful 4 days. Sorry it took me so long to respond.... crazy busy with work after holidays. Our son seems to be doing really good. .. almost 10 months sober! Can't say enough about his counselor in San Jose. Be well all!
