Hi, just wondering if anyone else has experienced serious stress and episodes of anxiety occasionally panic 1 month in? Some things like the groginess are improving just feel really stressed and worried im going crazy and that I wont get better!!?

re anxiety I think that kind of thing is pretty normal for most of us...but you can always see a Dr of you're concerned?

Yes, i used to have awful anxiety when i was drinking and it carried on for a couple of months after i stopped. The anxiety started to dissipate after a few months of sobriety and then pretty much went away completely. Exercise and walking helped, if i felt stressed i went for a walk and it got me through. It gets better / easier!

Hi Mrjustin, yeah I'm getting some anxiety, 70 odd days in. Alcohol affects the nervous system, so I think it's probably pretty standard.

There's always the doc's as Dee said.

This is pretty normal but i was suffering severe panice attacks and had to see a doctor to get help with that
