Wine is exactly what led me to join this forum....your AV lies, and it doesn't stop at one glass. Tea and bed is a good decision!

Hang in there tonib.... You are in control, not your AV. You know where this will lead to, and it's not where you want to be.

((( You are in control )))

The glass of wine a day thing had been debunked.

In any case, one glass of wine a day is not good for an an alcoholic cos it turns into a box of wine, Toni.

I tried the wine thing b4, thinking because I never cared for it I would be able to control it...yeah right. I controlled the wine alright so much so I just ended up over drinking my drink of choice...straight to alcoholic hell!

I have had this same exact thought in the past! My AV has tried the wine trick too! I hate wine and always have...so my AV says I could drink some wine "normally" but I need to avoid all the other stuff. Haha. What a lie! Don't listen to that stupid AV! Great job telling on your disease.

One glass of wine is just the thing my AV would love ..
Then it would be much easier for it to convince me that one shot of whiskey is just what I need too ... None of it is true ! Stay strong

Wake up clear and shiney tomorrow

The AV knows all the tricks. It just keeps chipping and chipping away, always looking for a hook, a dent in your armour, something that you will finally think is ok. toni the AV Is always working, is always wrong and it is NEVER ok to have just one drink in any circumstance. Your AV knows this which is why it tries all this innocent sounding one harmless drink nonsense.

And the bottles keep getting smaller and smaller . . . "What? Only two and a haf glasses of wine in this bottle??????"

Wine is just as dangerous as any other alcohol.
