A mix of Juice, Water, Green/White tea.

Hell even toilet water would be better than booze. LOL!

Yes, I drank what seemed like buckets of water each day but it was probably about 90 - 100 ounces.

Drink enough water, but not too much. Drinking too much water can be harmful to you.

The pile of spent herbal tea bags I built daily always made me smile when I cleaned it up in the morning. It was reminiscent of the empties I would toss on prior shame-filled mornings, but I felt quite a bit better about it.

Orange juice can help with cravings due to the sugar content.

I definitely drink a ton of water and pop/soda now. It seems to help quite a bit.
