Back on Day 1.
Determined and ready for a change to sobriety.
Made my Big Plan and I am sticking to it. I have never made one before, but I can feel that this approach we see me through.

Excellent choice UG! I don't drink either and the debate is over. The ballots are closed. The results are final. That ship has sailed. Look it up on page 456....in the History section.
Seriously, just having the little bit of recognition AVRT gives was enough to deal with the pull on the thought level of justifying drinking before it gains too much momentum. For me, AVRT has been the missing puzzle piece. I hope it helps you too.
