I get little clips on Facebook from Investigation Discovery ( "ID" channel) and there was one today about a 70 something year old man who was pulled over for crossing the lines/swerving, and a broken tail light. When the police officer smelled booze on the guy, he claimed that he was at an all you can eat "beer battered" fish fry and that's where the smell is coming from. I swear they're like little children who deny eating mud cookies even though the MUD's everywhere including their mouth, nose, and teeth! Even in their 70's!

GracieLou, maybe he did go to the drunken sushi place :-) Lexicat, the article says he's had 10 prior arrests due to DUI; that part confused me though because in this day and age, you would think that not only would he no longer have a license ( which as we all know doesn't mean they won't drive) but you would also think he would be in jail currently for his 10th DUI, and unable to attend any fish fry, but you know these articles; they never really tell the whole story.

Anvilhead, maybe the "drunken sushi" fish at the fish fry were caught by someone "ice" fishing in "bad" ice, and the fish was caught hook line and sinker?

I'm slow on the uptake lexicat; once I saw honeypigs response I re-read yours, I was like, "oh! DUH! I get it!" Funny thing is though, the reply would have worked even if I didn't "get" the pun! Oh well! Good times!
