A few book suggestions
Hi friends!
This is only my 3rd or 4th day on this site and it is already such a great support for me.
I wanted to share a few book suggestions that have been helpful to me. I've been walking this road for awhile now--suffering in silence--but reading a ton at the same time!
I wanted to share these suggestions in case they might be of help to someone out there. I read/ heard a helpful tip awhile back, "take what you need and leave the rest"--so simple but has been powerful to me. So with that:
Take what you need (if you need it) and leave the rest!
"Addict in the Family"- Beverly Conyers
"Setting boundaries with your adult children" Allison Bottke
"Spoons are for stirring coffee" Austin Coats
"Beautiful Boy" David Sheff
"Tweak" Nic Sheff
"Soaring above co-addiction" Lisa Espich
"Suboxone- 16 practical tips- Sebastian Enfield
