I've been having dreams. Using dreams, dreams involving people from my not-so-distant past. I've been having the using dreams several times a week for a few months now. And talking in my sleep, been waking myself up talking, to my ex, past friends, to myself. I'm not even sure if I'm disturbed my these, but definitely a little unnerved. Why, now? It'll be 7 months on Friday. I'm kinda curious, and in a morbid way look foward to sleeping just to see what my subconscious throws at me. Maybe its the moon, who knows.

It could be the moon. Thats another thread. I believe its the fact that your finally reaching deep rem sleep. Enjoy it and keep a dream journal.
