Has anyone else seen that five minute video on YouTube, explaining addiction? I was wondering what other people thought about it.
For me, it really hit home and it seemed like every cell in my body felt sad after watching it.
I normally like to keep things happy and positive, so I have been vacillating between sharing something that impacted me quite deeply, and keeping my outlook on here all rainbows and Skittles. So after two weeks of using the video as my personal alcohol deterrent, I've decided to post it.
