Work your AV
One way to work with AV is to imagine that you have picked up the bottle had ur fill, eat voraciously and went to bed only to wake up with a headache swollen face and 2 extra lbs. and then think of not picking that bottle but go to gym or do your chores and go to bed tired only to wake up refreshed and ready for another day.
This gives enough time for the craving to subside and expect it to come back and be ready to give it a similar answer, work that AV until it's tired of coming back and only to go away empty handed each time.
Think of new ways to work with AV because it will come with a new and different thoughts each time for a new situation you are in.
When you are not having the craving can you try imitating AV and your response to it ? in the end you will learn to recognize your thoughts and be able to analyze it and act accordingly....
