On Day 3
So Saturday morning was my last drink. Here I am on day 3 and I feel good and clear headed at work for a change. I can't believe I stopped during the weekend but I feel goi about it. This evening will be hard because I usually unwind with a pint of vodka while my husband has his beer but I'm determined to make it.

Great going! Break that habit tonight. Getting sober is about breaking a lot of habits and this is one of them. You can do it!

i dont allow alcohol in my home at all my gf fully supported this
