Artfriend! Thank you so much! I have a giant smile on my face and warm feeling in my heart from seeing this and reading all the well wishes!

I can say to all that if you stick with it you can do it. It hasn't always been easy. It takes work sometimes. Uncomfortable feelings which I used to run from. Now I put on my sober warriors helmet and face them. Making contacts with AA members who I can call or see. My lovely lovely friends here. Reach out. Reach out to others because most people will not know you are hurting unless you tell them and won't know how to help unless you tell them that too.
