2 Months tomorrow. Feeling hopeless.

I will be celebrating 2 months sober tomoz but I have never felt so numb and depressed and hopeless and un enthuastic about life ever.

I know I might be going through PAWS but I cannot find a single ounce of energy to do anything and cant physically go to meetings and just want to sleep or not move. I am massively depressed and have lost ALL interest in the things I love doing. I don't know how I am going to not drink but I am staying sober in hope something wonderful happens soon. I have been to so many meetings but I hate them all of a sudden. I cant exercise as my body aches like hell and I have back issues. Stuck in hell.

Very unhappy.

Why not go see a Dr RJY?
The level of depression is debilitating, no matter what's caused it?

I had some serious mood swings for the first month or so. Usually what seemed really awful one day was nothing the next. I gave up meetings at around three months, myself.

If it's a thing that lasts, see your doctor. You might need help.
