Since I know I am a love addict, and i drank( been sober now for 2 weeks,) to relieve the obsession, I am going to my first meeting of AA tonight, and have discovered a love addict meeting on saturday, which i will attend. Co dependency is also an issue with me, but the meetings are just too far away, so thats out of the question. i desperatley want to change my patterns, and I just would like some wize council from y'all on whether it is a good idea to mix both these two 12 step meetings or to just practice one.

Take all the help you need! I went to NA meetings because the times worked better for me ant I enjoyed the NA meetings more. It's important to work the steps with a sponsor, that's where the healing began for me. I really hated it! But it worked!

I'm with Lenina. Do whatever meetings will benefit you. Be selfish in regards to this.
